Megan’s huge, soulful voice has a sweetness and precision that you wouldn’t expect.  After completing her Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance, Megan moved to Austin, TX, where she cut her teeth in the music scene playing with various blues bands.  Megan spent years leading a band called The Blue Trees in New Orleans, LA, where she performed all original music, raised over $5,000 to create a professional album, and toured all over the Southern United States.  She has performed at the world-renowned Jazz Fest in New Orleans, as well as Festival International in Lafayette, LA, and has had radio play on the famous radio station, WWOZ. 

Since returning to Salt Lake, Megan has performed at many top venues, including  The Garage on beck, where she hosted her ep release, ‘from the soul’.  She has performed at the state room multiple times, including opening for the legendary robert earl keen, as well as performing with the pour and hivemind at hog wallow.
